MASSAGE THERAPY SERVICES
Remedial Massage Therapy involves using firm pressure in a targeted manner to relieve long-term tension, caused by either stress or poor posture. If you're dealing with stiff muscles and have been feeling restricted for a long period of time, Deep Tissue Massage is recommended.
Sports Massage can involve a range of massage techniques aimed towards different outcomes. Sport Massage can assist in improving athletic performance, preventing and healing injuries, decreasing muscle soreness and reducing amount of time needed for recovery. If you live a physically demanding lifestyle, Sports Massage is recommended.
Dry Needling is a common treatment tool utilized in Remedial Massage Therapy to assist in releasing restriction or reducing pain. By inserting sterile needles in the affected structures, blood flow is facilitated to encourage recovery and decrease stiffness or soreness.

Recommended for your first session and recurring appointments. Usually catered towards focusing on two or three regions of the body.
90 Minutes

For those who are looking for deep tissue released in multiple regions of the body where tension or pain has been chronic & long term.
