Tension Headaches
Tension Headaches is a musculoskeletal condition, described as a intense pull from the back to the front of the neck. This is described as a tight band wrapped around the head and usually felt on both sides of the head.
Migraines
A migraine is considered a neurological disorder. Compared to a tension headaches, migraines are described as moderate-to-severe throbbing pain typically experienced on on side of the head. Migraines can also be accompanied with other symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to senses, visual disturbances and constant flare ups.
Causes of Headaches & Migraines?
Headaches & Migraines can be caused from a variety of different reasons. Here are some common causes that can contribute towards Headaches & Migraines.
